At Rare Parts, we strive to supply parts of the highest quality to our customers by designing and engineering our parts to the best concepts and materials available today. While the parts we engineer look and fit as original, the internal wear design is made with today’s technology. Parts are designed using various CAD systems. All parts manufactured by Rare Parts are inspected and tested to exceed OEM specifications. On a daily basis, our QUALITY CONTROL is continuously conducting the following tests: cycle, tensil, impact, and hardness tests. Continuous testing gives us the ability to prove out new designs and materials, while comparing our results to the data compiled by testing the OEM parts.
We are currently in the process of ISO 9001/2000 certification.
